My job sucks. I work at a call center for a bank. It’s so depressing. Every single day they send you and all the coworkers in your team your stats so everyone can see it. What better way to make your employees feel like crap?? It’s a difficult, demanding job with a crappy schedule. I’m either in at 8 or at 1 and it’s random every week and day. It’s pulled me away form my family because I work weekends too. Only problem is if I quit, I can’t afford my house. What do I do to stop myself from spiraling? I’m moments away from throwing my computer out the window and just saying screw it.
