I’m posting for a friend for advice

Okayyyy TMI. But I’ve been with my baby daddy for almost 5 years, but I can’t go to the bathroom when he’s home. ???? because he makes a giant deal about it, will sit next to the door and listen, question me about it, and go in to smell it when I’m done. So I always have to wait for him to leave the house or just hold it.
I don’t know what to do.. I can’t even feel comfortable in my own house to use the bathroom while he’s home because he makes fun of me because “girls don’t poop” and it’s embarrassing.
